This one isn’t healthy. I make it during the holidays and the family enjoys it so I don’t mess with it. The truth is we can eat anything, as long as we eat it in moderation. I choose to eat healthy the majority of the time, that way an occasional treat isn’t a catastrophe. I also encourage extra exercise during those days; you know Thanksgiving through New Years, I know some say Halloween through Superbowl Sunday, but they’re gluttons ;-).
